Burn Boot Camp Bear, DE

I joined Burn Boot Camp in Bear the day it opened.  This gym is so supportive! It meets you at your level of fitness and helps you build from there. The modifications for each exercise allows you to work around injuries. I love how the entire staff and members cheer you on and encourage you to push a little more, without making you feel singled out. Everyone here truly wants to see you succeed. Seriously the best gym. And, to top it off, it's the cleanest gym in Delaware.

I absolutely love this gym!! I have worked out at many gyms in the past but I never was truly motivated but then I joined Burn Boot Camp, Bear. It's such a great community of members and I know over the year I developed some great friendships which also helps with staying motivated and accountable. The trainers are truly amazing, knowledgeable and patient. There is always a nice warm welcome by the trainers and they listen to your concerns, assist with form and make modifications as needed. I know sometimes I can be the most uncoordinated person but again they are always there to assist. The gym is always well kept and cleaned. Once you try it, you will love it.

I joined Burn in October 2021, and have been a fan ever since. All the protocols are challenging, doable and enjoyable. Perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you are experienced or novice, Burn has something for everyone. The coaches are all so knowledgeable and encouraging, they keep you motivated and stay on top of you when you feel like you have no more to give and remind you why you came. I love my Burn family, I have met some really amazing women and established some amazing friendships.

I struggled with my weight for years and I was tired of going to gyms where I had no direction. When you’re not sure what to do - going to the gym seems daunting. My friends were members at Burn Boot Camp in Bear and raved about how awesome it was!! So, when they had the 4wks for $69 promo to join said, why not?! And I am so glad I did!! You get to work out with wonderful non judgmental people and with instructors that really know their stuff!! They are amazing at hyping you up and when you feel like quitting they remind you why you’re doing this!! You won’t regret this! Be sure to bring your high fives!!

Visiting from Menomonee Falls for a few days and everyone was so super welcoming and helpful! The workout kicked my butt and the trainer and members were very encouraging! I will be returning when I come back into town. Thanks Bear Burn!
